All those certain lots, tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in or near
Sandfly in the 5th G.M. District, Chatham County, Georgia, shown on a map or plat
prepared for Alphene W. Dowell by Robert D. Gignilliat, Jr., Chatham County Surveyor,
dated December 30, 1963, as Lots numbered five (5), six (6), and seven (7) of the
Hayes Estate Subdivision, and also, Plots eighteen (18) through twenty-six (26) both
inclusive, Plots forty-five (45) through fifty-one (51) both inclusive, Plots seventy-two
(72) through seventy-six (76), both inclusive, Plots ninety-seven (97) through one
hundred (100), both inclusive, and Plot one hundred twenty-three (123), Homestead
Park Subdivision, and all the streets running north of the street shown on the map
of Homestead Park which street runs east and west and is crossed on the map of Homestead
Park by the Savannah Electric Railway. The said land in Hayes Estate Subdivision comprises
approximately five (5) acres and said land in Homestead Park Subdivision approximately
seven and four hundredths (7.04) acres; this being the property shown on a plat of
survey by Hussey, Gay and Bell, Consulting Engineers, dated June 22, 1972, to which
reference is hereby made for better determining the metes, bounds and dimensions of
the property hereby conveyed.
