§ 5-103. Same—Notice.

The Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah shall have the authority by ordinance to provide for notice to be given to property owners of the assessment, reassessment and increase or decrease of assessments, of any real or personal property owned by them, such notice to be so given as to afford such property owners an opportunity to protest against any such assessment, reassessment or increase or decrease in assessments, and to provide for the manner of hearing and acting upon any such protest.
