§ 5-108. Same—Quarterly collection.

The Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah shall be authorized to collect said taxes on said property beginning on the first day of any quarterly period following the actual provision of the various services enumerated in the preceding section, or any of them. The quarterly periods referred to in this section shall begin on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 of each year beginning with the year 1951.
