§ 7-103. Duty to provide service in all parts of City; reduced charges for large consumers.

The Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah shall provide city water service in all parts of the present corporate limits of the City of Savannah on an equal basis and at the same rate to all users in proportion to the amount of water used, and nothing in this section shall be deemed to prevent the city from making a reduced charge to users of more than a minimum quantity of water.
