§ 8-225. Annual report and estimate of expenditures.
Latest version.
The said Park and Tree Commission shall submit to the Mayor of said City, in the month
of October of each year, or at such other times as he may prescribe, an estimate of
the amount of money necessary for this department for the ensuing year, so that the
same may be considered in the budget to be made out, and on or before the first day
of January of each year, it shall submit to the Mayor its report for the preceding
year, showing all its actings and doings, its receipt and expenditure of moneys, with
such recommendations as it may see fit to make relating to this department, and such
other information as may be required of it by the Mayor or by the city council, from
time to time.
