§ 8-321. Police officers authorized to make arrests within port district of Savannah.

Except as may be prohibited by the Constitution of the State of Georgia, as amended, police officers of the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah and of Chatham County are hereby given concurrent jurisdiction and authority to make arrests within and throughout the port district of Savannah for violations of the rules and regulations of the Savannah Port Authority which have been approved by the adoption of the same ordinances or otherwise by the said Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah and by the said county.
