§ 8-402. Constitutes body corporate and politic.

The Savannah Airport Commission is hereby declared to be a body corporate and politic and, as such, is granted the right to sue and be sued in its own name and to exercise such powers which are customary, pertinent and usual with respect to public corporate bodies generally.
