§ 6-102. Regulation of use of streets for business purposes.

The said Mayor and Aldermen shall have full power and authority to regulate the use of the streets of the City of Savannah for business purposes and no person, firm or corporation shall have the right to use the streets of said City of Savannah for business purposes without first having obtained the consent and license of the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah.
