§ 6-103. Right to charge for erection of poles on streets.

  • The Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah, a municipal corporation of this State, is hereby authorized and empowered to charge telegraph, telephone, railway and light companies erecting their poles on the streets, lanes, public ways or thoroughfares in the City of Savannah reasonable compensation for the use of such streets, lanes, public ways and thoroughfares and to provide for the collection of the said charge.
